Terms and Conditions

1. Mobio360 Content Service

These Terms (including but not limited to information on how to use the Service) that we publish in connection with the Service apply to the Service.

2. Acknowledgement of Terms

By subscribing to Mobio360, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not accept these Terms, you should not subscribe/register, or use Mobio360.

The Mobio360 application will work in the following manner: After following the instructions and entering your mobile phone number on the website, you will receive a PIN code. Once you have filled in this PIN code, you are subscribed to the Service. You will receive a welcome message containing all relevant information about this Service (price, amount of messages, etc.) and a description of the Service. As part of your subscription and depending on the Service you join, you will also receive SMS messages containing mobile content (“Subscription Messages/Messages”).

5. Definition of Subscriber

A Subscriber is a person (you or any individual using your mobile phone) who has followed the registration steps instructed on the Website.

6. Agreement to Receive Messages

By subscribing to our Services, you agree to receive one subscription message per week containing any mobile content related to the Service. The contents of these messages are for personal use only.

7. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be a resident of Kuwait and at least 18 years of age, or have express permission from an adult or the owner of the mobile phone if under 18.

8. SMS Compatibility

The SMS subscription mechanic is open only to consumers who have an SMS-compatible mobile phone connected to a service provider that allows text messaging to the phone number we advertise to use the Service.

9. Verification and Disqualification

We reserve the right to verify the validity of a subscription or subscriber and to disqualify any subscription or subscriber who tampers with the Service or does not use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

10. Voluntary Unsubscription

To voluntarily unsubscribe or withdraw from our Services, the End User must send the word Stop 1 to 50713 for STC users, by sending STOP 1 to 1637 for Ooredoo users, and by sending Stop 1 to 94010. We reserve the right to suspend or prevent anyone from subscribing to the Service.

11. Service Functionality Issues

If for any reason the Service is unable to function as planned (including but not limited to infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other reasons), we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Service.

12. Fraud and Security

If for any reason our Services are unable to function as planned due to factors beyond our control, we reserve the right to disqualify any individual tampering with the Service and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Service.

13. Compliance and Severability

We are not responsible for any failure to comply with these Terms. If any part or provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, that part will be severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the owner of our Services.

15. Authorization to Share Mobile Number

By subscribing to the Service, you agree to all the terms and conditions of the Service and authorize STC, Zain and Ooredoo to share your mobile number with the owners of the Services.
